When you order from Sweet Violet, you're commissioning a piece made-to-order from premium fabrics with couture details and finishes. These are classic, timeless designs built to last—not mass-produced fashion, but individually crafted clothing made just for you.

The process begins when you place your order. You select your size, any custom length options, and I cut and construct your garment from start to finish. No inventory, no production line—just one designer-maker creating your piece with the care and precision of handcrafted atelier methods.

What you receive is genuinely rare: American craftsmanship using traditional techniques that have largely disappeared from modern fashion. Sweet Violet is honored to be making clothing the way it used to be - timeless, long lasting and built to be treasured.

I love this skirt so much

It's a nice thick wool fabric that will keep me warm in my cold climate. I ordered a size 2, length 38”. It is a little snug but I wanted it to fit that way. For reference I'm 5'2” 115 lbs. I would order the skirt again... oh wait, this is my second time ordering. The first one was for my mom 🥰
