Return & Exchange Policy
We want every purchase to meet your highest expectations. If for any reason it doesn’t, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Please ensure items are returned in their original, unused condition and securely packaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items with any visible wear or damage.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To start a return, email kate@sweetviolet.co with your order number so we can locate your order and authorize the return. Please also let us know if you would like to return for a refund, or exchange for a different item.
Once we have authorized the return, we will provide you with the return address specifying where to send your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please be aware that if you are exchanging an item for another item, due to the handmade nature of our clothing, it may take up to 3 weeks processing time to have your new item made and shipped to you.
